Welcome to the second edition of JobVersity, the most diverse talent acquisition event in BCN, a joint effort by the inclusive code schools Migracode and CodeOp.
Through a combination of monthly workshops, a Slack channel and a WhatsApp group for organizing, sharing materials and asking questions, CodeWomen offers a flexible context for personal support and encouragement.
Despite living in Argentina, Cristal Bukler has dedicated countless hours mentoring Migracode students on employability.
ThoughtWorks full-stack developer Elena Raffay joined Migracode as a way to give back to the community. While having to move fully online isn’t ideal, she still enjoys being part of a diverse community of coders working to include historically marginalized groups in tech.
